Regal Research Rocks Christmas and Recognizes an Employee with 45 Years of Service

PLANO, TX December 26, 2024 – Regal Research and Mfg is known not only for its market-leading mechanical contract manufacturing services, but also for its annual Christmas bash filled with large prizes, fun games, great food, and awards for its employees.  This year saw new levels in fun and grand prizes, along with its first 45 Years of Service award winner Mike Wolter.

Mr. Wolter was the first employee of the company, which was formed in late 1979 as a contract manufacturer of custom mechanical parts.  His 45 years with Regal Research is an incredible accomplishment, and his contributions in developing creative manufacturing solutions over the years for the most complex products has been instrumental in the company’s development.  “The value that Mike brings to any project is his ability to find unique methods to solve some of the most challenging work.  He is one of the strongest willed and tenacious people that I have ever worked with and his ability to focus that energy into practical results is amazing. Mike is someone that you can always turn to for an alternate view on tackling new engineering projects and he has been a great asset and a key contributor to Regal’s success over the years.” said Greg Jernigan, Board of Directors member at Regal Research and Mfg.
