Incorporated in 1980, Regal Research has grown to become a leader in the turnkey electromechanical contract manufacturing industry. Our current facilities are 400,000 square feet of environmentally controlled office and manufacturing space located in Plano, Texas, staffed with approximately 275 employees working two shifts. Brian Imbler – President
Brian Imbler has over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing and business operations leadership roles with contract manufacturing and marketing firms, including 10 years as President and CEO of CSI Electronics, a Midwest electronic manufacturing services firm. Brian earned a BSEET from Purdue University and was named as Purdue’s first annual Alumni of the Year Award recipient from the School of Technology for his business development efforts within the electronic manufacturing industry.
Robert J. Peña – VP of Business Operations
Robert J. Peña has over 30 years of leadership experience in manufacturing and business operations roles within the contract manufacturing industry. He held previous management roles for multiple contract manufacturing sites, as well as a former General Manager of a local Texas contract manufacturer. Robert earned a Business and Law BA from University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC), and in 2007 he and his wife Received the AIA Award on Capitol Hill for Foster Children Care Region 3 North Texas from U.S. Representative Sam Johnson and former Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison.
