PLANO, TX , June 15, 2022 – Regal Research is very pleased to announce the creation of the Manufacturing Innovation Team (MIT) which is managed by Peyton Jernigan. The mission of this team is to integrate with the various Regal Research Manufacturing and Engineering departments in the oversight of machine programming, managing programmer training, developing innovative tooling and processes for challenging parts, and new equipment selection. “Cultivating creative thinking, unifying our programming efforts, and driving the development of our programmers are three imperative improvements for our continued growth and development as a company. Having separate Engineering and MIT teams is a unique organizational structure that will help us more collectively and even competitively drive toward these objectives.” said Greg Jernigan, Board of Directors member at Regal Research and Manufacturing.
