Regal Research Appoints Peyton Jernigan as Vice President of Engineering

PLANO, TX July 11, 2024 – We are very pleased to announce the appointment of Peyton Jernigan as Vice President of Engineering.  Peyton will be combining the Engineering, Programming, and Manufacturing Innovation Departments into one unified market-leading team.   Regal Research has been known for offering innovative manufacturing engineering solutions, well beyond the capabilities of US competitors.

Peyton brings over 11 years of comprehensive manufacturing experience to his new role at Regal.  Peyton’s career is marked by an in-depth understanding of the company’s operations, having gained hands-on experience with nearly every machine and process within the organization.  This extensive knowledge allows Peyton to drive innovation and efficiency across all engineering projects.  Throughout his tenure at Regal, Peyton has demonstrated a commitment to excellence and a passion for continuous improvement and innovation, making significant contributions to the company’s growth and success.

Peyton and the Engineering team members will be focused on rapidly expanding Regal’s production Cobot Laser Fusion Weld capabilities and bringing automation solutions to other departments such as powder paint, grind, and machine tending.  Additionally, Peyton will be managing critical NPI programs and new accounts that require cutting-edge technology.
