We recently expanded our machine shop capacity with the acquisition of a pair of Kitamura HX300iF horizontal machining centers with pallet changers. These horizontal machining centers feature high speed spindles and a fully programmable rotary axis. They represent the epitome of flexible high speed machining, online allowing access to multiple sides of a part in a single fixturing, courtesy of the rotary axis.
We also purchased a Leadwell V80i vertical machining center that boasts a whopping 50″ x 80″ table travel, allowing us to accommodate a much greater range of part sizes.
